[Cloud] Update of Cloud Printing Requirementrs and Model

I have modified section 3 of the Cloud Printing Requirements and Model draft
to reflect  Monday's comments and posted the draft at:

To preserve the current templated specification structure, the Functional
requirements section was removed, with the contents incorporated into a Use
Case.  I suggest:

1.       The next meeting concentrate on section 4, and perhaps the
consideration of operations.  

2.       When reviewing section 3, do not use the redline mode. Where
changes have been made, they have been too extensive.
