Converted Peter Cybuck's and Ron Nevo's documents from MS Word 2007
to PDF, corrected filenames to remove blanks, added scope prefixes, and
posted back in same directory:

Please do NOT post documents in only MS Word 2007 format for PWG
meetings - this prevents access by many participants. Also please read
