Here's the (proposed) edited version of the IANA table from the NAP
binding protocol. I update names to match the attributes document,
removed some deprecated attributes, deleted an unspecified reserve value
(don't know whuy it was there), and removed the reserved indication from
Forwarding, PSTN fax and Default Password.
The only differences between this table and the 03 version of the NEA
binding document table are in bold.
