The agenda asks whether there are any alternatives to the CONNEG for Data
format capability discovery -- RFC2531 / 2533. There are two alternatives:
1. W3C is continuing the constraints work in a group called: Composite
Capabilities-Preferences Profile Working Group. See the bound handout from
the Chicago meeting which is also a single zip file:

2. Norbert Schade has forwarded an alternative constraints approach as well
from the UPDF work.

If you didnt attend the first one - dont be shy, attend this one. IOC/ MFPA
