I'm including the 4 documents that Graham Klyne pointed us to on W3C
Composite Capabilities/Preference Profiles in the printed set of documents
for our QUALDOCS meeting.

See: http://www.w3.org/Mobile/CCPP/

(The work is still fairly rough, IMO, but there's an XML-based framework
for capability description. CONNEG-style compositions are not provided for
yet, but could be added either as CC/PP extensions or as generic RDF logic
extensions. Michael Mealling is working on a proposal that will allow tags
from the conneg registry to be embedded in URI space as URNs.)
