IPP formatting problem: 8-bit characters present and how to

Scott,

There are a number of 8-bit characters present in ipp92.doc
which IETF plain text rules don't allow in the IPP spec.

For example, there are a number of em-dash characters. Also left
and right single quotes. Maybe double quotes too.

You can change them all by making sure the Tools/Auto Correct
has smart quotes turned off. Then do a Replace All of " with "
i.e., replace the same character with the same character
and it finds all double quotes and replaces them with neutral double
quotes. Same for single quote ('). And same for hyphen (-).

Keep the Auto Correct with smart quotes turned off for further editing.

Tom
