I have been checking the Internet-Drafts list and today Don's draft came
up under the name <draft-wright-ipp-req-00.txt>.
It is filed under Individual Submissions together with 300 other
unsorted Internet-Drafts,
so you have to know what you are looking for to find it, just now it is
a few enties from
the end of the list.
However, we are getting there.
