There was a proposal floating around to do SNMP -> HTTP proxy
standard, so that there could be a standard way that a HTTP
client could play SNMP. If so, then maybe IPP's HTTP-based
submit could return the URL of the SNMP->HTTP based job monitoring?
Where are the descriptions of the job management MIB and
the printer MIB?
