While it's true we're having some problems with bizarre duplication
of postings, we have almost *never* experienced problems with folks
getting into the PWG server via FTP...except people coming in from
You see, Xerox has all kinds of access problems thru their firewalls,
but no matter how many times we try explaining this fact to some
Xerox people, they just don't seem to get it and end up (publicly)
declaring, "The PWG server is inaccessible via FTP!"
So, be forewarned. When a Xerox person says the service is
unavailable, take a moment and try it yourself (assuming, of
course, that you're not in Xerox yourself... ;)

Thanks for making this generally known. As of this writing, I have
received only 3 "complaints" about the duplicate messages. Seems
that most people already have a sufficient level of patience and
understanding. (That's the *good* news.)
