Hi,
Back in October, I wrote an article about IPP for the French publication
"Document numerique", which was published in December.
They have now made the text available on the web at:
http://www.editions-hermes.fr/ap_revu.htm
When you get to this page, select "Hermes" and "Document numerique" to get
the text.
It is not quite up-to-date, and certainly does not mention XML :-},
but most of it still makes sense.
