Yesterday the IESG approved publication of the IPP documents as
Experimental RFCs. Several people (both on IESG and in Last Call
comments) had suggested that Experimental was a more appropriate
category than Informational, for a set of documents which we expect
to eventually revise and publish the revisions on the standards track.
