How can we do operations like Pause-Printer, Resume-Printer, Purge-Jobs,
Shutdown-Printer, Enable-Printer, Disable-Printer, Space-Printer, etc., with
SNMP? I don't see the functionality there in the Printer MIB.

That's what TLS is for. Or Digest Authentication.
