IPP> IPP: Pause-Printer and error codes

I think there is a mismatch in the model document regarding the return codes of
the
Pause-Printer, Resume-Printer and the Purge-Printer operation.
In section 13.2 "Status Codes for IPP Operations" it says that the operation may
return
'client-error-not-possible', but how can that be when section 3.2.7
"Pause-Printer Operation"
says that  no matter of what state the printer object has, it returns
'successful-ok'?
