If you're implementing SLPv2, please take a look at this one.
It extends the existing SLPv2 service discovery to allow the
attributes of the discovered service to be returned in the
same service discovery response (in plain vanilla SLPv2,
they must be separately queried AFTER the service discovery
response).
RFC 3059 is an IETF Proposed Standard.
