Retitled to announce the IPPv2 telecon schedule this week.
Explicitly copied Norm Jacobs (Sun), principal maintainer of IPP
implementation on Open Solaris (other major UNIX implementation
besides CUPS). Norm is Chair Emeritus of Open Printing WG.
