Hi Mike,

I've got 80% done a first draft of IPP Everywhere Project Charter,
following format of current IPPv2 charter and your IPP Everywhere
slides - will post before our teleconference tomorrow afternoon.

I'll also update the agenda (including new JPS2 draft if Tom posts
it before the meeting).
