All,
Apple has prototyped all of the required attributes and operations in the April 20, 2012 IPP Everywhere specification (in fact, a lot of it is part of the currently shipping CUPS software). Aside from some issues in mapping from IPP attributes and values to PPD keywords and option keywords, we found no issues with the specification as posted.
