[IPP] New stable draft of IPP Presets (PRESET) available for review

Following feedback, a new stable draft of IPP Presets (PRESET) has been posted. It is here:

Changes since the last draft include the following:

* Added missing sub-sections “Conformance Terminology” and “Printing Terminology” to section 2.

I am once again hopeful that this draft is suitable for WG last call and/or review at next week's vF2F. But if there are any showstopper portions you wish to comment on, please don't hesitate to reply with feedback.
