Make the pdftoraster filters in cups-filters use Poppler standard API
Make the pdftoraster filter in cups-filters which uses Poppler only use the
standard API of Poppler and no instable, inofficial APIs. Either use any
raster output format which Poppler already provides (for example via
pdftoppm or pdftocairo) or work with the Poppler upstream developers on
getting CUPS/PWG Raster added to Poppler.
