[IPP] Problem with email reference in IANA Media Types registration page

Hi there,

It looks like the IANA registration for "text/strings" points to this:

   https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml#IEEE-ISTO-PWG-PPP

Maybe we can get IANA to fix it to be:

   https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml#IEEE-ISTO-PWG-IPP

Note the last 3 characters are changed from "PPP" to "IPP".
