Dear All,

The Resource Service specification has been updated from the resolutions 
in the last teleconference.
The version without revision marks is availabel as:

Also Lee has found a minor typo in the Nov. 13 teleconference minutes:

On Line 21, "MideaCoAllowed" should be "MediaColAllowed".
