I have no idea why this is happening. I even deleted the "latest" zip
file and still this old version popped up from the MFD page. There is
some cache lying around that is serving up an old version I think. I
finally ended up deleting
<ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/mfd/schemas/PWG-SM2-Latest.zip>, creating
<ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/mfd/schemas/PWG-SM2-Latest1.zip> and changing
the link on the MFD page. When entering the MFD page "Last updated:
September 15, 2009" should be in the header. If not, refresh the page.
The current schema will then download. (or just use the appropriate link
above. For me both links still work even though the first file does not
exist.)

I just pulled the "latest" schema from the PWG site, and although posted
on Sept 12, it appears to be a very old one (2007??)
