[MFD] A couple of question on Job Ticket 2.0

So is "Media" (from page 50 of pwg:pjt) the same as "MediaSizeName"
(from page 51 of pwg:pjt)?

Actually, the reference for MediaSizeName (pwg 5100.5 $8.1) appears to
be wrong. MediaSizeName is also defined in the 5105.1 /pg 35 and has
the same references pwg 5100.5 $8.1. Maybe MediaSizeName is defined
somewhere else.

Glen,

The Media element comes from RFC2911, the values from PWG5101.1. I've
added the proper references to the table.

Another question.

Why is media size just called "Media"? I would have MediaSize would be
more descriptive and in fact the reference to pwg5101.1/Section 5 calls
it Media Size. (Maybe there is some history of just using Media.)

Pete (I guess),

Section 6.1.3: Following the other sections; should "ISheetType" be
called "InsertSheetType"

Section 6.1.4: Following the other sections, should "MediaCol" be
called "MediaColType"
