[MFD] Comments on PWG Print Job Ticket and Associated Capabilities spec

Pete and Nancy,

FWIW, we changed the element name to "PwgRasterDocumentSheetBack" in the last face-to-face review of PWG Raster, so that is the name that should be used throughout.  The original name is no longer used in the PWG Raster spec...
