[MFD] Question on PageRanges attributes

In IPP, and the Semantic Model, RangeOfInteger is a base data type. See rfc2911 §4.1.13 and rfc2910 §3.9. It is understood that the two values in RangeOfOnteger are integers. The XML schema elected to use elements, UpperBound and LowerBound, to contain the ordered integers. It seemed to be a straight forward mapping. The schema types them explicitly as integers.

Do we need an explanation of the base data types somewhere other than the RFC's?

Subject: [MFD] Question on PageRanges attributes

Pete,

For all other collection data-types, the attributes are specified. For PagesRanges, LowerBound and UpperBound are not specified in Appendix A. Should they be or is supposed to be understood they are integers?
