An unfortunate bug in Word 97 has delayed the arrival of this draft (and
compelled me to distribute it without some additional configuration ROM
examples in Annex F), but here is the candidate for approval at the New
Orleans meeting.
Because this meeting is little more than a week away, I have taken the
liberty of distributing the ZIP file directly to the reflector. I apologize
to those of you who are on the road or otherwise compelled to use a dial-up
connection, but I think timely distribution is, in this case, more important.
