Hi folks,
The FSG Open Printing PAPI (Print API) specification is now available
for public review prior to formal adoption. PAPI is based closely on
the IETF IPP/1.1 Model and Semantics (RFC 2911).
Reference implementations are available (on Linux, Solaris, etc.).
Please take some time to look at this spec. This public review period
ends on 15 July 2005.
