Printer Working Group Standard for Imaging System Counters V1.0 are as
follows:

Yes: 9

Abstain: 3
PWG Process Document 2.0 Criteria:
1. Met the 25 percent participation (needed at least 7 votes).
2. Met the 66 percent yes votes.
3. Met the 50 percent of votes either yes or no....(needed at least 6)
PWG Counter Spec. 1.0 Formal Vote passes.
