Just a reminder for those company representatives that have not yet cast their ballot. Voting on the Imaging State and Counter MIB V2 for Candidate standard level (the highest level of any current PWG standard) nominally ends tomorrow. Note that this MIB both advances the Counter MIB, based on the prototyping effort by Samsung, and includes state reporting elements deemed desirable, particularly for MFDs.
It is important that PWG standards reflect the intent of the majority of the membership. So please vote, regardless of whether your preference is yes, no or abstain.
To cast a vote, please send an email with the following subject line format:
"Counter MIB v2 Formal Vote-<company name>-<last name of voter>-<yes/no/abstain>"
Example: Counter MIB v2 Formal Vote-InfoPrint-lewis-yes
