I have posted an updated specification template for Microsoft Word to:

As usual, the most current version of the template is available without the trailing date information as well.
This version of the template included the following changes:
- The dates in the cover page and headers are no longer auto-updated upon loading of the document.
- Added a new section 2.3 for organizations and acronyms, pre-populated with common organizations.
- Updated section 2.2 to use a full colon to separate the term from the definition.
- Updated the Internationalization section text to reference Network Unicode.
