The report on the first face-to-face meeting of the Digital Publishing

One of the purposes was to present to the various task forces more direction
relative to Publishing on the Web, based on the Interest Group
considerations including the three meetings on Digital Publishing held this
year. The Paris meeting at which the PWG Print Job Ticket was proposed was
the last of these meetings.
It does not appear that the concept of a job ticket was one of the areas of
direction.
