noticed this issue.

Harry,
You are correct. The WG is ?Web-based Imaging Management Services?. I will
correct the protocol spec.
I also noticed that line 44 of the counter spec should also be corrected
to reflect the correct title.

I thought WIMS was Web-based Imaging Management Services. The spec title
uses System, not Services. I thought we had even addressed this topic but
have not scoured the minutes. Am I the only one who thinks the title and
name should be corrected to Services?
