Thanks to Rick for finding the fine open source tool Notepad++!
I've just created PDFs of our four current Print Subunit MOFs
with color highlighted keywords (blue) and datatypes (red),
page headers/footers/numbers, and line numbers.

These MOFs are mofpretty output (72 columns, word-wrapped
in Description and ValueXxx clauses, standard indents, etc.).
