I removed the four extra status properties, which are now redundant with
those inherited from ManagedSystemElement. Or, they will be redundant
when the CR promoting them passes. I also added a dependency on that
other CR and changed the comments to reflect this. Two people had made
the same comment, so it seemed time to accept this dependency.

Not a big deal. Makes the class MOF smaller, which is always good.
