[WIMS] 8 June Minutes & F2F Slides

Just one little thing, Bill.  While I was writing the proxy provider,
Ira and I uncovered five or six minor problems in the CIM classes,
largely incorrect or incomplete semantics for some properties.  We still
need to make these minor corrections.  Maybe worth one small bullet on
the slides.
