[WIMS] Non-final CIM Profiles can reference Experimental classes

Hi,

Rick Landau replied that in fact non-final CIM Profiles are allowed to
reference
Experimental classes and properties.

When a CIM Profile is advanced to Final, all the Experimental
classes/properties
are also made Final - an alternate path to the two independent
implementations
rule.

So we can proceed at our own speed on the CIM Printer Profile.

Cheers,
- Ira
