Of course the IPP channel type needs to be added to the MIB. I
think the proposal from Tom and Ira looks good, and I don't see
any problems. (The mail server was dying at the time, but I
think my earlier message to this effect made it out.)
On the other hand, I think Lloyd's insistence that we get some
feedback on the discussion list was reasonable. The nub of the
problem is that no one seems to have taken the time to look at
the proposal and say "thumbs up" or "here's a problem." Why
not? Speak up!
