I have created another pull request for resolving issue #36 "ipptool: EXPECT directive uses case-sensitive host name comparison but should be case insensitive" via 2 commits, that should also properly support the WITH-RESOURCE, WITH-ALL-RESOURCES, WITH-SCHEME and WITH-ALL-SCHEMES EXPECT directives. Please review, as I think this should resolve the issues holding up some of HP's IPP Everywhere Self Certifications.
