[IPP] Another stable draft of IPP Get-User-Printer-Attributes (GUPA) posted

Following feedback, a new stable draft of IPP Get-User-Printer-Attributes (GUPA) has been posted. It is here:

Changes since the last draft include the following:

* Added missing sub-sections “Conformance Terminology” and “Printing Terminology” to section 2.
* Resolved normative language issue in section 4 concerning filtering according to the most authenticated user to make it declarative.

Thanks to all who commented on the last draft! I am once again hopeful that this draft is suitable for WG last call and/or review at next week's vF2F. But if there are any showstopper portions you wish to comment on, please don't hesitate to reply with feedback.
