1. Global: "cloud-based" and "Cloud-based" are both used; I think we want "Cloud-based" throughout...
2.Title: Per recent changes in other working drafts, shouldn't the acronym match the document filename without the WG prefix, i.e., "IMAGINGMODEL"?
3. Section 2.2: The client, proxy, and service definitions should be expanded (a short sentence is sufficient)
4. Section 2.3, Association: Are we pairing a User with a Service, or the Client with a Service?
5. Section 2.3, Cloud Computing: Recommend adding initial ellipsis to quoted text.
6. Section 2.3, Cloud Imaging System Control Service: "and upon requests" doesn't make sense, particularly about modifying the system object.
7. Section 3.3, lines 486-487: Last sentence and section 3.3.1 title merged.
8. Section 3.5.2, lines 615-625: Separate the last items like in section 3.5.1?
9. Section 4.1.1, lines 755-758: Should be bulleted list.
10. Section 4.1.1.2, line 881: Extra period before "The".
11. Section 4.1.3: Move figure 4 after numbered list on following page.
12. Section 4.2.2, line 1143: Period should be colon before list.
13. Section 4.2.2.x: Extra punctuation at the end of section titles.
14. Section 4.2.2.15, line 1586: "(Elements ..." should be "(elements ..."
15. Section 9.1: RFC3629 should be STD63, missing UNICODE and UAX15 references from I18N considerations.
16. Section 9.2: Extra whitespace before PWG5100.17, missing open bracket for PWG5108.05
