A type 4 keyword is defined as:
an installation defined name that can be added to a local
system by an administrator. Care must be taken by the
administrator to see that these names do not conflict with
other keywords defined by the standard or as defined by the
implementating product. There is no registration or approval
procedure for type 4 keywords.
