Right now, web masters don't even put their pages in a format that will be
suited for both Internet Explorer AND Netscape! Some do 'frames only'
pages. Why do you think this will change?
Ok, I did notice that you wrote "responsible web masters", but I don't
believe that I have met one yet. :-)
