IPP> MOD - Should the IPP security keyword be 'tls1' or 'tls'?

When adding the security keyword for TLS, I included the version number 1.

Ira points out that the IETF usually only includes the version number when
the previous version number doesn't interoperate (such as SSL3).

So should I change the keyword from 'tls1' to 'tls'?
