IPP> MOD - Updated Issues List posted

		I've posted the updated Issues list the corresponds to the
Model and Semantics document posted on 4/9/99.  I've merged the
summary/status with the more detailed descriptions, so that they are in one
file.  The beginning is the summary/status.  The Issues are 1-33.  OPEN
issues remaining:  2, 17, 30, 31, 32, and 33.

The -rev show changes since the last publication of the issues.  The .txt
file is without revisions.

I'll bring slides of the summary and of the 5 open issues for processing at
the meeting.  Any decisions will be posted to the mailing list as usual for
final agreement.
