Sorry, I rushed to just get the file up. I do drag and drop from my browser. It
would seem the definition of interoperability is I can work in "my world"
without necessarily making myself aware of the constraints in "another world".
I, obviously, need to sharpen my awareness of the real interoperability
limitations of the Internet.

Please DO NOT post files with embedded blanks in the name. Some systems are
unable to deal with these names. I have renamed this file to:
ftp://ftp.pwg.org/pub/pwg/ipp/new_NOT/Simple_IPP_Notification.pdf
Additionally, since UNIX and some other file systems are case sensitive, lower
case ".pdf" is preferred so that the correct application is called when
downloaded to these systems.
I know some people don't want to worry about these things; they just want to
drag and drop stuff into their browser. Unfortunately, the world is not that
simple and if you want people to be able to retrieve and read your
contributions, you have to worry about such things.
