Bob,

You are right. I have had a further chat with Josh Cohen, who also showed up
for our IPPEXT meeting yesterday.

We will see a revised GENA draft in a couple of weeks and should take a
closer look at GENA at that stage.

However, at present there seems to be little or no interest in GENA from the
IETF generally. 

If we decide to use it for  IPP, that could potentially change things.
