I've just updated the IPP test tool for Windows.

Mostly the same to the last version which has distributed at
the second bake-off in Utah, but many bugs have been eliminated
and some attributes added for IPP/1.1.
This version DOES supports Digest Authentication(RFC2069 and
RFC2617...although there is some suspicions about digest
generationg spec in the 2069), however it still doesn't support
HTTPS(neither SSL or TLS).
