I didn't change because "notify-printer-up-time" is not present in a Per-Job
Subscription Object but "printer-up-time" is always in a Printer Object.

I didn't change because "notify-job-id" is not present in a Per-Printer
Subscription Object and such a Subscription Object could listen to Job
Events, such as job-completion which contains the "job-id" of the completed
job in the Event Notification.
