Per our discussion in yesterday's IPP WG session during
the PWG Face-to-Face in Redmond, WA, I have revised
the IPPv2 Project Charter to:
(a) list Michael Sweet as new IPP WG Secretary (replacing
Craig Whittle - thanks Craig!); and
(b) fix a few more typos.
