[IPP] printer-input-tray and printer-output-tray proposals postedto wiki...

Hi Pete,

My mistake.

I *thought* the SM schema elements for input/output trays
were 100% coverage - I originally derived the Subunits.xsd
by machine-translation from Printer MIB during WIMS effort.

So I'm curious specifically what got left out and how it maps
to the WIMS/CIM ranking table?

Cheers,
- Ira
